In 2005, Brian J. Owens founded a small excavating company. First contracting with local Clearfield builders, the company has grown over the years and expanded. Whether you are a homeowner and need help fixing leaky pipes or assistance with a pipe that bursts, or a business owner who is looking for excavating sewer laterals, or bollard installation, we are happy to help.

BJOE responded to our dilemma and seemed to be the only one that was reliable. So we asked him to replace our tank. We ended up having to put in an Elgin System. We asked BJOE to continue the job.
